The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK Caroline Ziadeh welcomed today the UN Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression Irene Khan during her visit to Pristina and Belgrade. They discussed issues related to the Special Rapporteur's mandate, including human rights in general.
