On 4 December, the SRSG Colin Stewart received a delegation from the Military Capability Study, Office of Military Affairs, UNHQ, New York. The delegation comprised Lt. Col. (UK Ar.) Sean Grant; Lt. Col. (Ch. Ar.) Yuang Jiang; Lt. Col. (Zam. Ar.) Anthony Hubert Kabungo; Cdr. (Fr. N.) Vladimir Jevtic. The delegation included also two Security Officers, Mr. Michael Koehler and Mr. Rabioul Afiz. The delegation had extensive meetings, between 2 and 10 December, with Mission leadership and carried out field visits.
